Monthly Committees

Programme Steering Group:

Our key governance committee is run by our CEO co-chairs. Members are Chief Operating Officers and senior operations directors for children’s hospital services, as well as clinical leaders.

Clinical Reference Group:

Our network of Chief nurses, Chief Medical Directors and senior clinicians meets monthly to support the PMO team in keeping the interests of patients and families at the heart of all that we do, and support learning & action on key issues that impact on the quality, safety, access and experience of children’s hospital care

Directors of Finance Group:

Our senior finance leads group help to ensure PMO activities are sufficiently resourced and deliver value for money and shape the work programme to address the financial challenges we all share as NHS organisations
